What Happens When I Receive an Error Message with My Google Analytics Code?

When you save your Google Analytics code, the Website Builder does a check and verifies if the code contains at least one of the following items:

• Script
• Meta Tag

If the code is missing both script and meta tag or if the syntax is incorrect for these items, then a warning message appears.

You can either proceed and use the code in its current state or cancel and make any necessary updates.
