How Do I Add a Form to My Website Page?

Follow these instructions to learn how to add a form to your website page:

  1. In the Content Manager panel, click the Apps button.

  2. In the Apps tab, click the Custom Form.

  3. Note:  For any forms that you have saved, click the My Apps tab. For help, please see How Do I Search for Saved Objects in the Content Manager?
  4. Drag and drop the form onto your website page.

The form appears on your website page and is ready for you to set up.
