How Do I Save a Document to the Content Manager?

After you have made changes or updated a document, you may want to save a copy and reuse the document later on for a different version of your site.

Here's how:

  1. On your website page, click the document link.

  2. Click the Save To My Docs icon.

  3. In the Save to My Docs panel, enter information in the following fields:

    • Name—Type a file name that you can easily recognize.
    • Keywords—Type any keywords, which will help you search for this document faster in the Content Manager.
  1. Click the Done button.

The document is now saved within the My Docs tab in the Content Manager.
