How Do I Crop an Image?

If you need to remove areas of an image you can trim or crop the areas of the image that you no longer need.

For example, you can remove the background portion of an image and shift focus on the subject. Also, you may need to change an image from a landscape view to portrait.

1. On the website page, click the image.

   

   The settings panel opens on the right side of the Website Builder.

   

2. Click the Image tab.

3. Inside the handles, select the image and move the image to the area you wish to keep.

   The image area that falls outside of the box is the portion that gets cropped.

   

4. Use the box handles and drag them to define the new size of the image.

   

5. Click outside of the box.

   

The cropped image appears on your website page.
